2. Order Processing & Delivery
- Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Delivery Times:
- Within Colombo: Typically 2-3 business days.
- Outside Colombo: Typically 3-4 business days.
Upon dispatch of your order, you will receive a confirmation email along with a tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery. Orders can be tracked through our website or the relevant courier partner.
3. Payment Methods
We accept multiple payment methods, including credit/debit cards, mobile payments, and cash on delivery (COD) for eligible orders.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact our customer service at info@ozon.lk within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed and dispatched, cancellations are not accepted.
Refunds will be processed in the following cases:
- If an item is out of stock and cannot be delivered.
- If we identify fraudulent activity related to the ’99-deals’ offer.
- If the product is damaged or defective upon delivery (must be reported within 48 hours of receipt).
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and processing may take 7-10 business days.
5. 99-Deals Offer
OZON.LK offers a 99-deals promotion exclusively for new customers. Under this promotion:
- Each new customer is allowed to purchase one product at a discounted price.
- Customers are identified by a unique email, phone number, and shipping address.
- No more than one 99-deals product can be purchased per customer.
- Any orders found to have the same email, phone number, or shipping address as a previous order will be canceled and refunded at our discretion.
OZON.LK reserves the right to reject any orders that do not comply with the conditions of the 99-deals offer or that we believe to be fraudulent.
6. Limitation of Liability
OZON.LK is not responsible for any delays or issues caused by third-party courier services. In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, strikes), delivery times may be extended, and we will inform you accordingly.
7. Changes to Terms and Conditions
OZON.LK reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect as soon as they are posted on this page.
